DIRECT BENEFITS TO THE SEEDSTOCK PRODUCER

1. SUPERIOR PROGRESSIVE GENETICS is a program that will produce the most cost-effective marketing in the nation at a minimum cost!
2. Seedstock producers will identify the top end of their bull offering and mark the lots as "Progressive Genetics."
3. Bull-buying customers will have the opportunity to purchase the top end genetics knowing that the calves sired by the qualified bulls will get national exposure and premium name-brand recognition in future Superior auctions.
4. When the calves sell on Superior Livestock Auction and the Superior website, the seedstock producer’s ranch name will be displayed onscreen for the duration of the lot selling to designate that they are Superior Progressive Genetics.
5. This excellent branding and marketing tool will target Superior’s consignors and buyers nationwide plus the universe of cattlemen watching on television and the Superior Livestock Auction website.
6. The seedstock producer will receive additional exposure on the Superior Spotlight and have their ranch name on a full page ad in Superior’s commercial sale catalog.
7. This program will expand the seedstock producer’s buyer base as more commercial cattlemen participate.
8. Seedstock participants will also receive an open invitation to attend Superior’s special summer sales and promote their breeding program to the largest cow/calf operations in the U.S.

DIRECT BENEFITS TO THE COMMERCIAL CATTLEMAN

1. SUPERIOR PROGRESSIVE GENETICS is a value-added program that will identify load lots of cattle selling that are sired by the top genetics in the industry.
2. Just as the VAC, SelectVAC from Pfizer Animal Health, Superior Verified (source and age verification), Certified Natural, NHTC and BVD PI FREE programs increase the demand for enrolled cattle, so will SUPERIOR PROGRESSIVE GENETICS.
3. SUPERIOR PROGRESSIVE GENETICS is the next value-added program in line to make a positive impact on cattle prices for qualified participants and offer the Superior Advantage. The qualified lots will receive national exposure on the Superior Spotlight, along with having the load lots identified as being sired by "Progressive Genetics" bulls and the corresponding seedstock producer’s ranch name in the Superior Livestock Auction catalog.

GETTING STARTED

1. Participating seedstock producer will designate which bulls make up the top end of their sale offering.
2. Qualified bulls will be marked as "Progressive Genetics" with a section in the catalog explaining the program.
3. Each bull will be marked in the breeder’s sale catalog that qualifies as "Progressive Genetics" along with having a section in the catalog explaining the program.
4. Bull-buying customers who purchase a "Progressive Genetics" bull will then receive a certificate listing each purchase that qualifies.
5. Superior will work with the seedstock producer in recognizing which customers have calves sired by qualified bulls. Qualified lots will be outlined in Superior consignment contracts.
6. Superior, seedstock producers and commercial cattlemen will work together to acknowledge which commercial lots qualify. Superior will promote cattle sired by "Progressive Genetics" bulls with promotional spots during our auctions and in Superior’s print and web catalogs.
